Year 3/4 football competition at SDCC. Many thanks to Colin, Wesley and Mrs Scott. Without parental and staff support we wouldn't be able to take part in so many competitions. We all enjoyed the football even though we didn't win. There's always next time.

CLIC Sargent Plymouth half marathon School's Challenge 2015

On Sunday 19th April Keyham Barton CPS met up on Plymouth Hoe with loads of other schools from across Plymouth to take part in the Plymouth Half Marathon. Over the months before the big day, children from Years 3,4,5 and 6 had been running like mad to build up their miles ready for completing their last mile on the half marathon day itself. The children were so dedicated to running the full distance that many were sponsored and are raising money for the charity CLIC Sargent. It was tiring but fun and a big thank you goes out to all our brilliant parents who were helpers and supporters on the day. Well done everyone!

Brickfields 2014

has been our most successful year yet, with nearly every child getting through in their heats to the finals. The children did exceptionally well and represented the school brilliantly. Thanks to the parents that came to support.

We took 2 teams to the tournament on a beautifully warm day. Our B team came 3rd in their group and got knocked out in the shield quarter finals.

Our A team came 3rd out of 58 teams in the skills challenge and 4th overall in the competition.

They did the school very proud!

Schools Challenge 2014 was a great success!

On Sunday 27th April many schools met up on the Hoe in Plymouth to take part in the Plymouth Half Marathon. Over the months before the big day, children from Years 3,4,5 and 6 had been running like mad to build up their miles ready for completing their last mile on the half marathon day itself. The children were so dedicated to running the full distance that many were sponsored and are raising money for the charity CLIC Sargent.

We all had a fun morning (even if it was really early!) and a big thank you goes out to all our brilliant parents who were helpers and supporters on the day. Well done everyone!
